Kitchen Hack: The Easiest Way to Peel Garlic

Today I want to share with you the absolute EASIEST way to peel garlic cloves.  You're going to love this one, and no sticky fingers, no stinky cutting board, and no potentially dangerous knife smashing.  

Grab a couple of garlic cloves and an empty jar with a lid.  Place the cloves in the jar, cover lightly with the lid, and shake-shake-shake for 15-20 seconds until the papery skins magically fall away from the garlic cloves.  Ta-Da!  Wasn't that easy?  

If I plan to do a lot of cooking, I'll peel a few days worth of garlic all at once and store them in a jar in the fridge.  Happy Cooking.
