Just a quick note - my panettone is coming along, but my schedule has forced me to make most of this recipe in the evening hours.  Since I really want the last few photos to be taken during daylight hours, I'm going finish shooting the project tomorrow when my schedule allows me to be home during the day.  Stay tuned.
