I have a couple more favorites tools to help when cooking with apples. An apple corer to remove the core.
And mandolin slicer. I like the ones that allow you to adjust the thickness of whatever you’re slicing. Also, get one that has the blade(s) on an angle and not straight across. Trust me, they work better.
