Keto Hot Cocoa
makes 2 servings
Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or make my recipe (here)
2 tablespoons dutch-processed cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
liquid stevia to taste (or any sweetener)
optional: whipped cream for garnish
Directions
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, whisk together the almond milk and cocoa powder until no cocoa lumps remain and the mixture is hot and steamy; remove from heat and stir in vanilla and liquid stevia.
Pour mixture into mugs and garnish with freshly whipped cream.
